Silverscreen Video

I have been renting from silverscreen for many many years. Iv always liked renting from there. But as of lately, one of the employees have been very rude. If she's working she will make up a reason I'm not allowed to rent or tells me I'm only allowed renting 3 movies at a time then I'll go when another person is working and the other employee has never heard of the reasons she had given me that I'm not allowed to rent. Iv watched this lady yell at people who have just ran to make it there to rent a movie. With 5 minutes left until closing and doors still unlocked, She has yelled, " NO, we are closed, get out!". We are just wishing we had another place to get movies.
