We just love the roasted chicken sandwiches that you serve but cannot stand to eat with the 'dirty' surroundings. The restaurant itself needs to be updated or just cleaned very well. I think of having one of those great sandwiches so very often but when I think of the conditions of the place - forget it!! Thank You

I had my first and last experience with Arby's today...first I sat in the drive thru for 12 min. from the time I ordered until I was served. Then the girl that made my shake I could see in the window got shake on her hand and licked it as she was putting the lid on. When I ask to speak to a mananger. She(the mananger) explained that they were busy and when I tried to tell her about the licking incident she just walked away from the window as if she didn't care. I will take my business elsewhere.
